Introduction Call

Here we introduce ourselves and discuss needs and capabilities

So let’s start with an intro phone call and discuss your needs and wants. I will highlight my capabilities and we will make sure we are the perfect fit for each other.

ONSITE MEETING

This is where I meet you at the project to discuss all elements of the project and your design style

I will measure all areas of the project in order to build out the perfect plan layout & design for your home space.

PRELININARY DESIGN

This is where I will present a pathway to a vision

Typically we will arrange a virtual call to discuss the preliminary designs that I have created. this will show all the associated costs estimated to achieve your goals. We can then discuss all items within and make the necessary adjustments to accomplish this, allowing for comfortability with all elements.

*RETAINER AGREEMENT*

Once we agree on a design, let's move forward :)

when the perfect design concept is agreed to i will set up a retainer agreement for you, which will allow me to share my plans with you and continue to move forward designing your plans.

my retainer is applied to your final project balance.

APPROVED DESIGN CONTRACT

We are now at the place where the designs have been finalized and are ready for approval

once we have a contract in place, i can go ahead and place orders for materials and accessories. this will require a 50% deposit of the project total.

INSTALLATION & FINALIZATION

This is where it all comes together

I will be on hand and available to make sure all installations are handled appropriately and professionally. Homeowner satisfaction will remain at the forefront as my team accomplishes all necessary tasks and completes their mission of organizational bliss.
