With this important step, we go over the proposed layout based on our previous discussions and make sure they make sense on site. From there I will measure all areas of the project to build out the perfect plan layout & design for your home space.

This is where ideas show on paper and I can present a pathway to a vision
Typically we will arrange another virtual call to discuss the preliminary plans that I have drawn up, showing all the associated costs estimated to achieve your goals. We can then discuss all items within and make the necessary adjustments to accomplish this, allowing for comfortability with all elements.

Once underway I will take change of all areas associated with this project allocation. Making sure to work seamlessly with any General Contractor or manager on site. Or if also using my “Interior Design Services” I will incorporate all associated trades and coordinate as needed for seamless on-site operation.
